Faucets and taps
A replacement can improve everyday use or finish a tired space. Existing mounting points, supply connections and compatible parts are checked before fitting.

Changes you use every day
A replacement can improve everyday use or finish a tired space. Existing mounting points, supply connections and compatible parts are checked before fitting.
Goodneighbor handles the agreed plumbing connections and checks how the chosen sink works with the available space and waste connection.
The outlet position, available space and existing connection are assessed so the replacement suits the bathroom, not just the product photograph.
Compatible controls and fittings can refresh an existing shower. The existing valve and access determine whether a straightforward replacement is possible.

The finish is in the details
Existing fittings, shutoffs and connections are assessed before the installation goes ahead. The work area is protected and the agreed fixture is fitted using compatible connections.
Function and leaks are checked before the immediate area is tidied. If the existing plumbing needs additional work, the change is explained before it is added.
Moving plumbing, altering cabinetry, tiling and wider bathroom or kitchen remodeling are separate work, not automatically included with fixture installation.
Might a repair be enough?Know what’s included
Replacing a compatible fixture is different from changing its position or the surrounding furniture and finishes.
Worn shutoffs, damaged connections or difficult access can require additional work before the new fixture can be fitted.
The proposal identifies the fixture, compatible fittings and who supplies them, with any additional work clearly separated.
A little more clarity
It can be considered, with compatibility and completeness checked before the installation is confirmed. Goodneighbor explains any missing parts or changes needed; purchasing a fixture does not guarantee it fits the existing setup.
The aim is to identify that before fitting begins. If an unexpected incompatibility emerges, the options and any change in scope are explained before further work goes ahead.
A combined scope can be planned where the parts, access and appointment allow. Each installation is included in the agreed proposal rather than treated as an assumed extra.
