The work and the limits
Included areas, preparation, planting, surfaces and finishing are described alongside exclusions and any specialist requirements.
How it works

A garden project has plenty of moving parts. Field’s brings them together, with clear choices, an agreed scope and someone taking care of the details.
A considered path
Your role is to tell us what matters and approve the direction. The assessment, recommendations and coordination belong with us.
A conversation about what is missing, what you love and what you hope to spend gives us a useful starting point. The site assessment brings space, access and existing conditions into the picture.
A shared brief and an understanding of the site.
Layout, planting and surfaces take shape around those priorities. Field’s explains the options and their tradeoffs, so the choices feel manageable rather than technical.
A proposed layout and a clear direction for materials and planting.
Your proposal sets out the work, selections, allowances and exclusions. Timing and access are planned around the actual project; any proposed change is explained for approval before added work.
An agreed scope, pricing and sequence.
Installation is coordinated as one project, with attention to access, the surrounding garden and a tidy finish. Handover covers the installed work and the care new planting and surfaces will need.
A finished space and a practical handover.
Clarity before commitment
The work should feel clear before it starts. Your proposal brings the choices and responsibilities into one place.
Following the site assessment, your proposal sets out the price and expected schedule for the agreed work.
Included areas, preparation, planting, surfaces and finishing are described alongside exclusions and any specialist requirements.
Agreed materials and plant selections are distinguished from allowances or unresolved choices, with their effect on pricing explained.
Proposed changes are explained before added work is approved. If phasing is practical, the plan makes dependencies and any repeated setup clear.

A little planning makes space for living
Access, working areas and the installation sequence are considered before work begins. We explain the expected disruption, coordinate the agreed work and finish with a practical handover.

Yes. Budget and priorities inform the recommendations. We explain where changing the scope, materials or sequence may help, without promising every idea will fit every budget.
