How it works

A new website, without another job to manage.

We lead the project from the first conversation through launch. You share what you know, review what we create and approve the result. We take care of the work in between.

Your knowledge of the business becomes a clear plan for the website.

Getting started

A plan you don’t have to put together yourself.

  1. 01

    A conversation, not homework.

We learn about your services, customers and goals. You don’t need a finished brief or a list of design instructions.

    Your priorities, understood
  2. 02

    Know what you’re getting.

We set out the pages, features, price and any separate costs for your approval. The agreement and first payment come before the build begins.

    Scope and costs agreed upfront
  3. 03

    Help with the essentials.

We identify the details, images, permissions and account access needed for your project. Once those are ready, we can start the build.

Guidance on what we need from you

See your ideas take shape

First review in as little as 3 business days.

Once your project is ready to build, your first complete website can be ready for review in as little as 3 business days. You have time to review and refine it before launch. This is an earliest review timeframe, not a guaranteed launch date.

From an agreed plan to a complete website you can explore.

What we need before we begin

  • Agreed scope and service agreement
  • Your first payment
  • A substantially complete intake
  • Required images, materials and permissions
  • Secure access to the necessary accounts
  • Any outstanding build questions resolved

A schedule that fits your project

We confirm timing around your requirements. More involved features, missing materials, account access or additional revisions can extend the schedule. You’ll know what needs to happen before we move forward.

Your review

See the whole picture before you say yes.

You review a complete website, not disconnected mockups. Read the copy, explore the pages and try the contact journey. Two consolidated revision rounds give you room to refine the agreed work before launch.

Launch and beyond

You get a partner after the site goes live.

Reviewed by you. Checked across screens. Prepared for launch.
  1. Adjustments before approval.

We work through your feedback and correct our errors without using a revision round. Any change beyond the agreed scope is discussed with you first.

A result you’ve reviewed and approved

  2. The technical work is ours.

We connect the domain and check links, mobile layouts, inquiry delivery and search settings. Your site launches after approval and final checks.

    A launch handled for you

  3. Help when things change.

New services, photos or opening hours don’t need to become a DIY project. Routine updates, hosting and support continue with your active plan.

A contact for the life of your plan

A little more clarity

Your part stays straightforward.

Will I need to write a design brief?

Not a polished one. A clear explanation of the business, its services and what needs to change is a good start. Eventide organizes that input into a page and content plan.

How should I send feedback?

Send one combined list per revision round, with a person who can approve the changes. Tell us what you want to improve or what feels wrong. We’ll work out the design solution with you.

What happens if something changes mid-project?

We check whether it fits the agreed scope. If it changes the page plan, features or amount of work materially, we explain the effect on scope, cost and timing before proceeding.

How quickly do you handle support?

A response is typically within one business day, and routine updates are commonly completed within one to three business days. These are normal expectations, not guaranteed deadlines or 24/7 coverage. More involved work is scheduled separately.

A better next chapter

You don’t have to figure it all out first.

A short introduction is enough. We’ll help define the project and guide you from there.
