You get up to 10 standard pages with research, page planning, writing, custom design and a mobile-friendly build. Your package also includes a standard inquiry form, search foundations, analytics and Search Console setup, domain connection and launch checks. Account access and data choices must be ready.
Room to make it yours
You get two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope. We fix our errors without using a revision round. If you need new features or a different direction, we agree any extra work with you first.
Someone to keep it current
Your active plan covers hosting, SSL, maintenance and support. Request routine changes whenever you need them, with up to one hour of update work included each billing month. Unused time does not roll over.
Ownership & choice
Your website. A clear path to ownership.
Your domain and the materials you provide are yours from day one. Ownership of the completed website transfers after 12 successful monthly base payments, or after your initial annual payment and the website’s completion.

We handle the changes
The work follows the scope you agreed.
For work outside your included service. Sending a request does not approve an extra charge.
Extra update time
Need more than your included allowance? Additional update work is $75 per hour in 30-minute increments. You approve it before we start.
Additional standard pages
Above the 10-page allowance: $150 one-time per additional standard page. An approved similar-page series is $150 for the first and $75 for each additional page. There is no recurring per-page surcharge.
Separate third-party costs
Domain registration and renewal, business email, paid subscriptions, licensed assets and usage-based tools are separate where required. Any project-specific purchases or paid services are identified and agreed before committing to them.
Custom features
Customer logins, databases, bespoke calculators, complex booking and custom API integrations sit outside the standard package. We assess other requests individually and confirm availability and cost before making a commitment. Ecommerce is not currently offered.
A little more clarity
A few practical pricing questions.
What happens if I cancel my website management?
You can cancel future renewals under your service agreement without automatically owing the remaining monthly payments. Cancelling before the ownership milestone does not transfer the website to you. We confirm when hosting and care end and explain the handoff arrangements under your agreement.
Can I take ownership of my website early?
Yes. On the monthly plan, an optional early buyout is $2,388 less credited base payments. This is a choice to own the website early, not an automatic cancellation fee. We confirm the balance and handoff before you approve it; your service agreement contains the full terms.
Why does annual billing cost less?
Twelve monthly payments total $2,388. Annual billing is $1,990 paid upfront, a difference of $398. Both options cover the same standard service; the ownership milestone differs as explained above.
Does a small update use a whole month’s allowance?
No. The allowance is up to one hour of actual routine update labor per billing month across reasonable requests, not a limit of one request. We flag work that would need additional approved time.
Is launch guaranteed within three business days?
No. The earliest timeline is for the first complete website ready for your review, once the project is build-ready. Revision, approval, access and launch checks come afterward. The project’s requirements determine the practical schedule.
When do I commit?
The inquiry form starts a conversation. Scope, agreement, payment and readiness are confirmed before the build begins. Sending an inquiry is not a purchase or a charge authorization.
A better next chapter
A new website. No separate build bill.
