Professional outside caterers are considered with advance approval. Catering preparation includes work surfaces, a sink and refrigeration, not a full cooking kitchen.

How do we choose the right guest count?

Start with the format: up to 100 classroom-style, 120 seated with a dance floor or 160 standing. The furniture, equipment and service routes determine the agreed plan.

Does an inquiry reserve the date?
